Karen A. Sheehan

Attorney Sheehan is an Associate concentrating in the area of Employment Law. Her practice includes workers’ compensation claims and employment litigation focusing on wrongful termination suits due to violations of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, violations of public policy including employment discrimination pursuant to Massachusetts General Law chapter 151B and claims for violations of the Family Medical Leave Act. Attorney Sheehan has advised both Employer and Employees regarding employment contracts such as Separation/Release Agreements, Covenants Not to Compete and Employee Handbooks. Attorney Sheehan has successfully prepared and argued dispositive motions which were favorable to her clients and included awarded costs.

Attorney Sheehan is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and the Massachusetts School of Law she is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Greater Lowell Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court.
