Daniel A. DeBruyckere, Esq.

Attorney DeBruyckere is one of the founding members of DeBruyckere Roth & Associates, PLLC. He practices Estate Planning, Elder Law and Business Litigation. He has an extensive background in negotiating business acquisitions, business valuation, and in resolving business disputes.

Attorney DeBruyckere is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, summa cum laude and Massachusetts School of Law, cum laude. He served as editor of the MSL Law Review and was a regional finalist in the ATLA Trial Advocacy Competition. He is admitted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is an adjunct faculty member of the Massachusetts School of Law and is past president of the Greater Salem Bar Association and member of Essex County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and New Hampshire Bar Association, as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
